Quadra Island is the gateway to the Discovery Islands, a group of islands located just off Campbell River, British Columbia.

Hiking, biking, kayaking, saltwater fishing, freshwater fishing, golfing, whale watching, cruising, and wildlife viewing are all available.
Quadra Island has hundreds of kilometers of excellent hiking for all levels of ability. There is mountain biking on groomed pathways or rugged terrain.
The kayaking is awe-inspiring in the Breton Island group just off-shore. It ranges from beginner to super-advanced farther north where currents create ocean surfing opportunities with rapids rivalling Class 4 whitewater rivers!
Saltwater fishing charters pick up from the resort dock in Quathiaski Cove. Some of the best salmon fishing on the coast is minutes from the resort. 40lb Tyee have even been taken while casting from shore nearby.
Freshwater fishing in lakes on Quadra is productive in the springtime, especially during the famous black ant hatch in early May.
Whale watching draws many to our resort.If you don't see Killer Whales or dolphins on the ferry as you travel to and from Quadra Island, you can see them aboard a whale watching or wildlife viewing excursion (including grizzly bear tous ) with Tide Rip Tours who picks up from the resort dock. A resident Grey Whale lives two bays from Quathiaski Cove, and transient pods of Killer Whales pass through our waters regularily.
Whiskey Point Resort houses 20 units on two floors. Every room has a view of Quathiaski Cove, a bustling marine scene with fishing boats, sail boats and yachts coming and going constantly. The surrounding property has lawns and gardens for guests to enjoy and walking paths through the forest to Whiskey Point.
